REGISTRATION IS OPEN for the 2023 AUCH Workforce Summit!
On September 21, 2023, we will be picking up where we left off last year to support the creation of robust workforce plans that attract and retain the best talent. This year’s summit focuses on workforce needs that Utah health centers identified through this year’s needs assessment, including:
· Health profession education and training,
· Developing career ladders,
· Leveraging staff satisfaction surveys for meaningful change,
· Trauma informed leadership,
· Succession planning for key health center positions, and more.
Like last year, we encourage participation from health center teams of c-suite, human resources staff, clinic directors and supervisors, and other health center leaders. Register your team by Friday, September 1st to be entered into a raffle for two complimentary registrations.
