    This is a reminder that we have a special workshop coming up on August 30th. The topic is all things UDS Depression measures! This will be the first of four sessions. The next sessions will cover medical provider processes, behavioral health provider processes, and how to continue good practices.<o:p></o:p>

    This session of the Depression Screening and Remission Gap Evaluation and Workflow Development Workshop teaches participants how to perform a gap analysis for the UDS measures "Depression Screening and Follow Up" and "Depression Remission", as well as develop a workflow to improve these rates based on the gap analysis. This workshop includes:<o:p></o:p>

    • One on one assistance with an AUCH staff member for gap analysis training<o:p></o:p>
    • Workflow process mapping<o:p></o:p>
    • Health center sharing of best practices and successes<o:p></o:p>
