To begin the process of an IT Service Agreement for iCentra, you will need to have your IT lead fill out the attached questionnaire and return to Issac Rands with your clinics Privacy and Practices agreement. Make sure one has not already been completed. If you have already completed one, your IM designee can credential new people for iCentra.
